Choosing a pediatrician for your newborn is an exciting first step in giving them the best start in life. It's not just about check-ups; it's about building a trusted relationship with healthcare providers who will guide you every step of the way. This strong connection lays a supportive foundation for your child's growth and well-being, from tracking milestones to addressing health concerns.

We strongly encourage prenatal visits.  Please call our office to schedule to meet Dr. Frazee prior to the birth of your baby.

If your baby is born at one of the hospitals we're associated with, let your obstetrician and hospital staff know we will be your child's pediatrician.  For deliveries at Renown Regional Medical Center, Dr. Frazee (or a covering physician) will examine your baby within 24 hours at the hospital.  For deliveries at Sierra Medical Center, the hospital has on-staff pediatricians who will examine the baby.

Remember to add your new baby to your insurance policy within 30 days of birth to secure coverage. Please refer to our newborn policy.

Welcome!  To ensure a smooth transition to our practice, please provide us your child's immunization record.  We have a medical records release form available on our website to complete ahead of the appointment for your convenience.  It is also helpful to know when the last annual exam was at the prior provider's office in order for us to schedule your child's next annual appropriately.

For new patients with acute illnesses or concerns, an appointment can be scheduled if all necessary medical information is obtained to address the issue.
