Appointment Policy
We respect everyone's time and kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment. While we understand delays happen, late arrivals may need to reschedule to keep us on schedule.
Missed or canceled appointments without 24-hour notice may incur a no show fee.

AAP Immunization ScheduleOur office follows the immunization schedule outlined by the American Academy of Pediatrics. We do not accept patients who do not receive the recommended vaccines. and we do not separate or delay vaccine schedules. This ensures the safety of our staff and other patients. Patient Portal Policy
PortalWe are proud to provide an online patient portal for your convenience. For urgent matters, please phone our office.
Prescription Policy
For medication refills, please contact your pharmacy. If the refill is needed urgently, please call our office. We do not prescribe new medications (including antibiotics) over the phone without an appointment. This is for your child’s safety and to ensure your child receives the best treatment plan.

Sick Visits Policy
We offer same day appointments. You may call our office or conveniently use the patient portal to schedule. If you are unsure if your child needs to be seen, please call the office to discuss with our staff. We cannot accept walk-ins as this will increase wait times for scheduled patients.
