Starting or expanding a family is a wonderful experience, filled with excitement, joy, and plenty of questions. It’s a journey filled with milestones, challenges, and unforgettable moments, and we are here to support you every step of the way. 

We are honored that you are considering us for your baby's medical care, and we deeply value the trust families place in us. Watching children grow, thrive, and achieve their milestones is one of the greatest privileges of working in pediatrics, and it’s a responsibility we take to heart every day.


We welcome expecting families to schedule a prenatal visit to meet Dr. Frazee and learn more about our office.  Please call our office to schedule a prenatal visit.

Before Your First Appointment

 

For new families, please call our office to schedule a prenatal visit.  For established families, please call our office a few weeks before delivery to let us know you are expecting.  

You may want to download and fill out our paperwork ahead of time. 

When the happy day has arrived, you can tell the hospital staff that you have chosen us as your pediatrician. If you delivered at Renown Regional Medical Center, Dr. Frazee (or a covering physician) will see your baby within 24 hours of delivery.  Staffed pediatricians at Sierra Medical Center will see your baby after delivery.  Please call our office the day your baby is discharged from the hospital to arrange a follow up in 1-3 days so we can check the baby's weight, monitor for jaundice, and answer questions you may have about your baby.


Please bring parent ID and mother's insurance information to the first appointment.  For babies born at Sierra Medical Center, please bring the nursery discharge papers to the appointment.
